A rare therapist who sees the whole picture, not just the symptoms.

I can’t recommend Helen highly enough. I initially found her by chance while travelling for work, desperately trying to sort out a painful crick in my neck—and thank goodness I did.
From the moment I met her, it was clear Helen has an exceptional understanding of the body and how everything connects. What really drew me to her was her holistic approach, and she completely exceeded my expectations. She is, without a doubt, the best therapist I’ve ever seen when it comes to truly understanding the interplay between different systems in the body.

I’ve been dealing with a range of ongoing health challenges lately, chronic pain, allergies, fatigue, and despite countless NHS appointments and even investing in a functional medicine doctor, I still felt lost. Helen was the first person who genuinely connected the dots for me. She listened deeply, took everything into account, and gave me a level of clarity that no one else has.
Not only that, she equipped me with practical tools and techniques to help myself moving forward, which has been incredibly empowering. Some of the methods she used like chromotherapy were fascinating, and I was amazed at how effective they were. Her knowledge of hypermobility and complex conditions is clearly extensive, and you can tell she is truly passionate and invested in what she does.

Meeting Helen felt like perfect timing at a point when I really needed direction. After feeling stuck for so long, I finally have a clearer plan and a sense of hope again.

On top of all her expertise, Helen is an absolutely lovely person, warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Her treatment space is beautiful and calming, which only adds to the whole experience.
Honestly, I think everyone owes it to themselves to book an appointment and see how Helen can help. I’m so glad I did, and I’m confident you will be too.

I have been working with Helen for a few months now and she has really given me a lot of insight into more than just the physical side of treatment, I have been able to learn a lot about what affects my body through sound, sight and environment. I have been able to make progress with her to improve certain ailments in my body and to calm my nervous system, I highly recommend someone who tailors the sessions to what suits you best and someone who is highly passionate about what they do
